What do you like best about UXCam? It's very important to listen to your users but it's even more important to watch how they actually use the app. The most important features for us are Session Recordings and Reverse Screen Flows. First, we determine where our users drop off and then watch all the sessions that lead to a drop-off. Just by doing that we were able to increase our user satisfaction rate in the Product-Market fit survey up to 368%.

"Insights I thought I would never get"
What do you like best about UXCam? The most helpful aspect of UXCam is the sessions they provide you with. In a world of android based software being able to see what our users are doing (whilst keeping their information secure) is something anyone within the product teams can use
