What do you like best about UXArmy? I liked the entire package that they offer. UXArmy offers a solid range of remote user research features like annotations, note-taking. In usability testing, the most valuable feature is the screen recording and voice feedback from the testers with integrated surveys - they help the researchers in my team understand the customers' mindset. "My preferred user testing tool in Singapore"
What do you like best about UXArmy? Amazing flexibility! Since we already had identified a community of users/ testers for validating the interaction design, I used the free plan of the tool and was able to gather field validations for free.
