Zero stars, stole our funds, worst experience ever!

I have no idea how Uviba has 4.5 stars? They have our funds and refuse to pay them out because 'Stripe held their funds'. We trusted Uviba with our payments and funds, not Stripe. If we have to try and recover our money from Stripe then why on earth would we use Uviba? We even tried to settle and ask for at least 50% back and forgive 50% as a loss to us for no reason but they even refused that. If you operate a payments company then startups trust you with their money, don't shift the blame ...
