What do you like best about UserTesting? The most helpful aspect of UserTesting is immediate feedback. It is a great way to engage with your customers, test prototypes, and get responses in less than an hour. As a UX researcher, it is an outstanding way to test (and test often). What do you like best about UserTesting? I love that we have the ability to learn and test new ideas instantly. We've used User Testing from ideas for new messaging all the way up to fully interactive prototypes. It drives our marketing and product strategy, and allows us to validate new ideas and features quickly, and with real people. What do you like best about UserTesting? The video testing allowed us to see how and why a user us navigating the way they do. It provides great insight into the perception of our user design.
