What do you like best about UserTesting? I like how quick and easy it is to set up a remote test and start getting results. It is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. The reporting or metrics tab is one of my favorite features of usertesting.com it provides an at a glance view of the insights gathered and a way to share those insights quickly. They are also continually adding new features or improving existing ones to make it easier and faster to view and digest the data gathered.
