What do you like best about UserTesting? It is super easy to set up moderated and unmoderated studies. The templates for tasks are time-savers. Results are ready usually within hours.

What do you like best about UserTesting? User testing makes it incredibly convenient to run moderated and unmoderated user tests. I particularly like the study templates that allows my team to build user studies quickly and not redesign each user study from scratch (e.g., Usability test, concept feedback, etc.).

What do you like best about UserTesting? We love the fact that the ML tool finds and pinpoints the places in the video where players had positive or (more important to us) negative feedback. This allows us to save time and find valuable information from the testing.

What do you like best about UserTesting? UserTesting handles the recruitment process. I can simply set up screening criteria and send the test out, and UserTesting handles the screening process, recruitment, even scheduling (I just set the hours I am available and they do the rest). Also, they handle the payments. This all lets me focus my time on research and testing.
