Usertesting is a great company that helps us contributors earn extra income, and we have the opportunity to help different companies make their websites and applications better for consumers.

Usertesting is a great way to share your feedback and get paid! There’s a good number of tests each day, the pay per test is fair, and payments are always on time. I’d highly recommend usertesting if you’ve got time, expertise, and want to share your thoughts and opinions.

Terrible support

Terrible support. If you have an issue, their support team is useless. They used to value their contributors, now they'll look for every excuse not to pay you. I also use Usertesting for UX research, but after how terribly they treated me as a tester, I will no longer be using them for research. There are better and less expensive services out there that provide superior service for both their customers and contributors.

UserTesting is the real deal

UserTesting is a legitimate, easy way to make extra cash. If you dedicate yourself every day to check for new tests, you might get one or two. It all adds up. The payout is consistently 7 days from completion of each test. I've never had an issue with missing payments. This company is the real deal.

Legit, fair, transparent, inclusive, diversified

Legit, fair, transparent, inclusive, diversified company. This is a wonderful avenue for verbal, quick-thinking people to express their opinions and earn money while they're at it. We need this service in our lives even more than ever, while our society is slowly recovering from the COVID-19 recession. If you are a programmer, a VR gamer, or a gambler, you are more likely to pass the screening questions, as there are more opportunities for you guys than for the rest of us :-).

One of the top User research companies and a leader in its field. I've worked with all the user research companies and UserTesting is professional, organised and provides plenty of support. It's easy to build up your rating and your dont have to wait months for a test as with other companies.

Genuinely quite amazing service. Very promising and rewarding, as well as easy to get into. Would most definitely recommend to everyone!
