Okay Until You Need Help (They Would Rather Burn You)
I've completed around 110 tests and, for the most part, UserTesting serves as a reliable way to earn around $50 (sometimes more) per month. I check for tests once per day and the typical $10 reward seems appropriate for the amount of time I invest into providing feedback. I'm giving them a three-star review, though, because I think their customer service is subpar.
