What do you like best about Userpilot? UserPilot fills in some product gaps in our platform and gives our team more control over being able to add in context, helpful information, and more without crowing our existing platform UI. UserPilot is user-friendly to look at which is desirable. It also enables us to collect NPS scores and review the information internally, which we love.

"Amazing Product for Onboarding"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Userpilot gives me back time because it replaces one or more human trainers. Users love it because they can onboard at their leisure and refer back to it when they need help. Cornelia and team have been so helpful when I have questions. There are too many positives to list! I signed up for Userpilot as a bootstrapped startup on a tight budget. It did the job and they continue adding new features to make it even better. Highly recommend!

"Great tool, even better support!"

What do you like best about Userpilot? We were able to build some really interactive flows in UserPilot to help guide our users through a new feature release, which helped us drive adoption and track usage. We're able to easily present users with prompts to tour them around our new functionality and encourage them to try out the new features with a step-by-step walkthrough, all thanks to UserPilot Flows.

"Freemium Adoption Automated"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Userpilot has been a game changer for us, launching a freemium product at the beginning of the year. Being freemium, we needed to make our onboarding process as scalable as possible with little to no human interaction as possible. Userpilot helped us do just that.

What do you like best about Userpilot? We have an online platform with our company and the ability of UserPilot to make so many improvements to the overall user experience has been amazing. We have implemented a ton of new user onboarding tutorials and UserPilot has made this such an easy and intuitive process!

"Been a happy Userpilot customer for 2+ years."

What do you like best about Userpilot? It is a really great platform and I highly recommend it to anyone running a saas platform or other similar website. It is really easy without programming skills to build a wide range of self-guided walkthroughs, announcement banners, and even do NPS tracking.
