What do you like best about Userpilot? At first I was apprehensive because in the past I've integrated onboarding tools with the idea that it will reduce developer time than building these things from scratch, but in those cases that ended up using so much dev time it didn't seem worth it

What do you like best about Userpilot? UserPilot is a very intuitive system. I see that some improvements would help a lot in the onboarding creation process, but it is an excellent system that delivers a lot of value in user onboarding. I am very satisfied with what they deliver today.

What do you like best about Userpilot? UserPilot fills in some product gaps in our platform and gives our team more control over being able to add in context, helpful information, and more without crowing our existing platform UI. UserPilot is user-friendly to look at which is desirable. It also enables us to collect NPS scores and review the information internally, which we love.
