"Helped us to increase activation rate by 10%"

What do you like best about Userpilot? We started with Userpilot, especially to set up the onboarding process. Thanks to the driven actions, tooltips, etc. and help of customer support, we were able to set up experience that increased the rate of activation points by 10%. Currently, we're using the tool regularly for product releases and adoption.

What do you like best about Userpilot? I've made use of Userpilot's user segmentation and the new NPS feedback categorization/tagging which is very helpful to drill down to certain comments. The tags/categories as fully customizable, and the NPS section is great to identify NPS trends and to put NPS feedback under the microscope.

"Nice tool to engaje your customers"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The platform offers several possibilities to work with CX and UX. The guided onboarding builder is easy to use and allows you to explore creativity and the customer experience in several way. Also, it is an excellent tool for making announcements inside your product.

We were able to create product tours and tooltips that fit very well into our tool with their design. Our customer success manager is always very supportive with any questions.

"Versatile, easy-to-use with great support"

What do you like best about Userpilot? I can quickly draft and publish different alerts and notifications on our website at a moment's notice. I'm a marketer, not a developer, so this puts me in control of immediately publishing time-sensitive alerts to our website without requiring any work from our development team. It saves me and our development team time.

"Great tool for user onboarding, most especially for SaaS!"

What do you like best about Userpilot? It makes onboarding new customers so much easier. We specifically like flows and the checklist as it creates a seamless series of messages, allowing merchants to know where they are in the onboarding process.

What do you like best about Userpilot? At first I was apprehensive because in the past I've integrated onboarding tools with the idea that it will reduce developer time than building these things from scratch, but in those cases that ended up using so much dev time it didn't seem worth it
