"Excellent onboarding platform for SaaS"

What do you like best about Userpilot? As a SaaS with quite comprehensive solution (omnichannel helpdesk software) we were struggling with onboarding and getting users to really engage with the platform. We knew there were solutions like Userpilot on the market with bigger market share but with quite steep pricing. After some research, we stumbled upon Userpilot which seemed like quite a good fit for our use case.
