"Good set of features, nice UX and customisability"
What do you like best about Userpilot? The pop-up notifications and NPS and questionnaire features - they work well, you can customise them to fit your brand, the UX is great. There's a lot you can do with the tool to fit your exact business needs - to launch the notifications after specific events, both in-built or set by your IT team. Customer support is reachable and efficient.
