"Very flexible and affordable self-service onboarding"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The flexibility is great, both in terms of available step templates and types of steps (modals, slideouts, tooltips, driven actions) and in terms of what you can actually do with these steps (like personalization, adding dynamic elements, creating new templates, etc.).

"Get in app onboarding up and running quickly and easy"

What do you like best about Userpilot? It is very easy to create intuitive in-app user experiences. You don´t need technical skills to do this and can have the support team develop new experiences based on help desk questions

What do you like best about Userpilot? I love driven actions that takes the user do the test drive than product tours. I love the proactive and reactive onboarding aspects of it.

"Excellent onboarding and customer experience platform"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The mix of tools at our disposal. We've been able to reduce the number of tools we're using as a result! We were previously using intercom for our onboarding and product tours, however, it is rather linear. We were also looking to improve the in app experience for new users and found that all the tools we needed for this end could be found in Userpilot (experiences, Checklist, Tooltips), which has saved us developing some of these features ourselves.

"Great product, stellar customer service"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The software is highly-configurable for our front-end. There are almost too many options – but I don't think that's a bad thing, especially if you can have a dedicated resource to manage this. Also, their customer service is really helpful and has always gotten back to me within the same business day.

What do you like best about Userpilot? UserPilot gives great support and service. There are a lot of options in their product which might seem overwhelming at first, but the team at UserPilot will help you get started and once you work with it a few times, I find it quite easy to use. And if something doens't work as expected, or if there're any issues, it's easy to contact their support team and solve the issues.

"Fantastic Product & Team."

What do you like best about Userpilot? My favorite part of the user pilot is how simple and initiative the user interface is to use. You don't need to be a technical expert to create great-looking tooltips and experiences in user pilot. The User pilot team is very helpful and quick to reply with questions as well. Great product and a great team!

"Going on the right direction & stellar support"

What do you like best about Userpilot? I love how easy it is to get into. I have had to rely on internal developer support very few times (some advanced features might need more involvement). The integrated translator is a great time saver.
