"The best cost-benefit by far"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Intuitive platform, you can easily understand the main features in the first session. Tons of options to create experiences through the Chrome Extension. Rich documentation, which helped a lot during instalation. The support was great since day 1!

"Great easy-to-use tool with good potential"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The greatest thing here is how easy it is to use. When taking over the processes related to Userpilot at my company, I could get into it in a few hours. Matching it with our data allows us to make personalized tours and get the most out of our product. Props to customer support who helps us resolve issues, spending time investigating issues, jumping on a call, great job.

"Easy to use and good support"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Easy to set up experiences and get things underway quickly. Love the video integration and availability to trigger experiences of the Resource Centre. Whenever we got stuck UserPilots support team both CS and technical support are amazing and super responsive especially as we operate in a very different time zone.

"Affordable, easy to use software with excellent support!"

What do you like best about Userpilot? I've been using Userpilot for about 2 months now and the experience has been amazing. From the ease of implementation to the intuitive UI to the friendly, responsive support by the lovely Elise! I've looked at other adoption software and I'm glad we went with Userpilot. It has just the right amount of features for our B2G software to help our users and it's really easy to use. And the best part, it's affordable!

"Best User experiance layer for B2B product"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Simple to use, easy to integrate have all required capabilities like resource center, checklist, user driver experience, video embedded into the intro etc..

"Makes my life so much easier!"

What do you like best about Userpilot? It helps us provide a personalized experience for new users which is great when you have so many moving pieces and cannot get to every new customer right away. We use it primarily to show new users around and teach them what they need to know to start using our products. It is easy to set up and create these experiences. We recently set up the resource center and that has been wonderful!
