What do you like best about Userpilot? The detail of configurability and feature-richness. I think the fact that you can build your flows inside your own app (using the extension) is also a massive benefit which many of the other tools do not cater for.

What do you like best about Userpilot? 1. The platform has a lot of features but the amazing part is that they keep adding new ones as well based on the comments and requirements of their customers, I have had a meeting with the product managers and shared openly my comments and requirements and they were more than attentive and even shared with me their roadmaps so that I know what to expect.

"Great marketing SaaS which saves time and resources of your front-end team"
What do you like best about Userpilot? The service is really easy to use and set up - I would not say that it's a full drag drop, but one with a customer success manager would be enough to understand how to utilise most of Userpilot's functionality - and you can do a lot of with it. I also need to add that communication is a strong side of Userpilot - you get a personal attitude.
