"Modern In-App Onboarding Solution That Makes Us Look GREAT!"

What do you like best about Userpilot? Creating content in Userpilot is quite easy. Flexible and has ways to personalize content to the end user. I also think Userpilot Support is responsive and helpful. It's a cost-effective solution that is slick and allows us to create seamless in-app engagements with our users. Content segmentation is also easy to do! And they also take feedback from users to heart--in the 6 months or so I've been using them, I've seen some great product enhancements.

"Simply amazing"

What do you like best about Userpilot? I really like userpilot. In my workplace we use it all the time! I love how you are able to get insights into the interactions with the modals. As well it is very user friendly, it is simple to use and has several tools to adapt to the different projects we have. It has become a great and essential tool for our daily work.

"Easy to use software that is being improved on constantly"

What do you like best about Userpilot? The way we can see all the relevant information under the Users dashboard really helps a lot. Overall, Userpilot is easy to use and their team is responsive to our questions and they did introduce a few things we wanted to see implemented. My team mostly uses it for NPS. With this in mind, we like the overview dashboard of the NPS, the option to filter out by different time intervals quickly, and the freedom we have with triggering of NPS.

"It's never been easier to take product tours"

What do you like best about Userpilot? We have been using userpilot for our release notes, new feature releases and documentation. We love that we can link our documents and blogs in the Resource Center for easy access within the app. And we really benefit from the analytics so we know what our users are interacting with.
