So far so great
I have had a great experience with Userlytics so far. I got my first test yesterday and had some struggles navigating through the process. I sent Userlytics an email with some questions about my test and they were very prompt and courteous in getting back to me. I’m not quite sure why there are negative reviews, so far so great.

What do you like best about Userlytics? Userlytics is an excellent platform for usability testing. Their customer support is first class. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Not much to dislike about Userlytics -their questionnaire functions can be limited in terms of questionnaire logic + piped text. I'm genuinely shocked, because when I did my first userlytics test, everything went smoothly; it's easy and enjoyable, and customer service is courteous and prompt. I received my payment in less than eight days and am pleased. I'm hoping to get some more tests in the next few days!

"One of the Best User Web Testing Services."
What do you like best about Userlytics? They make using a app on your phone to test their sites very easy to use and the desktop site is also easy to use and as a large tool. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Sometimes the testing time is a lot longer than its advertised test time. This can be frustrating with a busy schedule to also keep up with. "Good and Bad"
What do you like best about Userlytics? The Userlytics team rewards credits back with little-to-no questions asked for technical issues their platform or other platforms (Figma, InVision) introduce to tests. They have gone a long way to help us discover technical issues in prototyping software we're using. They feel like a small enough team where your voice is heard, even if not always right away. Not worth the headache!
Not worth the headache!The buggiest software you should never use. Do yourself a favor and do not buy into this tool. There are so many other similar tools that do such a better job. To break it down; the interface makes no sense, customers will not understand how to use it, your own employees will run into constant issues using it, the customer service is hit or miss.
