As a small business, everyone on the team wears many hats, and we don't have a designated position for user testing. What do you like best about Userlytics? Userlytics is quick to set up, quickly identifies users, and delivers results and insights reasonably fast. It has made remote research a part of our company culture and driven valuable insights that have changed our product. What do you like best about Userlytics? Moderated user interviews were easy to set up and conduct. The panel spots didn't fill up very quickly, but the customer service chat feature was always helpful. The reps were often friendly and offered to boost the test with their panel (Example: directly email people who fit our target audience and invite them to sign-up for our test).
