What do you like best about Userlytics? Moderated user interviews were easy to set up and conduct. The panel spots didn't fill up very quickly, but the customer service chat feature was always helpful. The reps were often friendly and offered to boost the test with their panel (Example: directly email people who fit our target audience and invite them to sign-up for our test).
