"Great Information & Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Userlytics? I like the user videos with candid feedback. What do you dislike about Userlytics? I'd like to be able to organize surveys by grouping them in folders. (Or something similar.) What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you? We have identified issues with our cake customizer.

"Userlytics is an amazing tool to run UX testing remotely"

What do you like best about Userlytics? I like the fact it is possible to set up moderated UX tests but still being remote. As a UX designer, I do not have the full expertise of a UX Researcher, but with USerlytics, I can easily run usability tests on my own. UI is a little old-looking, considering it is made for designers and product people to be using and the UX and UX copy could be better.
