Very poor website with bugs
Very poor website with bugs. have gotten and passed their test for test, can't do any because it won't load and no response from their customer service for the one i did not the video couldn't load during submission. Don't bother wasting your time with this site.

What do you like best about Userlytics? Easy to use and intuitive interface with simple, straightforward functionality. The ability to link out the multiple prototypes within the one user test is a beneficial feature that I have not found on many/any competitor platforms. "Great Tool & Excellent Team to Support Your Testing Needs"
What do you like best about Userlytics? I like the fact that you can do a variety of research / testing within the tool. Everything from surveys / questionnaires to more formal usability testing. The guided text / examples provided within the tool are a great addition so that you don't have to start from scratch when developing your test questions. Never use this website!!!
This company makes every excuse not to pay while taking all the data from you to make money for themselves. My test was "approved" and payment was "pending". I earned $10 and was waiting for the payment to be made. Then all the sudden they make the amount into $0 without notice and contacted me saying "Your recoding was not approved and please take the test again." If it's not approved then why did you doubled the rate for the second recording? Because you took my $10 that I already earned.

What do you like best about Userlytics? I have been doing online user testing for over eight years and have used many different UX tools in that time. Userlytics has been my user testing tool of choice for several years now. Their site is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other similar caliber user testing tools. This site's Customer service is…
This site's Customer service is terrible. I constantly send emails to them but no response and they fail to pay. I also sent an email about changing my paypal email but no response. My latest test shows I have been paid. But no payment has been made to my paypal. They will just ignore you and won't respond to your emails.

My test was approved, I waited 15 days, it said i was paid when I haven't been paid, I checked the email address and everything still nothing. Contacted customer support send proof of everything, told her everything she said that testers get paid every 15 days, I said I did still nothing.She said she looked into it and it says i have been paid but still didnt get paid . I tried contacting again still no answer still didn't get paid and i need the money desperately it's only 4 dollars but ...
