"Satisfactory tool for user testing"

What do you like best about Userlytics? I have been using this tool for last eight months. It is less expensive as compared with other tools like UserTesting. Setting up the tests is effortless and efficient. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Its reporting features can be improved. It doesn't provide enough accurate data for A/B testing. Updated review: Previous unfortunate experience was made right

Back in late december 2021 I completed a test for them that was wrongly turned down, I posted a review here because this made me angry but they have recently contacted me as you can see below, and they made it right. I absolutely appreciate them taking the effort and will be trying to test with them again.

"Innovative Platform!"

What do you like best about Userlytics? I like that you can actulally get a lot of studies sent directly to your email that you can qualify for. Also the pre qualifiers are not that hard and you can qualify for a lot of studies. What do you dislike about Userlytics? I do wish that they had higher pay outs on their test. Very poor website with bugs

Very poor website with bugs. have gotten and passed their test for test, can't do any because it won't load and no response from their customer service for the one i did not the video couldn't load during submission. Don't bother wasting your time with this site.

What do you like best about Userlytics? Easy to use and intuitive interface with simple, straightforward functionality. The ability to link out the multiple prototypes within the one user test is a beneficial feature that I have not found on many/any competitor platforms. The video editing, annotation, and highlights reels features for the user testing videos are time-saving and great for analysis and presentation purposes.
