Userlytics is built for remote user testing with support for TestFlight and Android apps. Before shortlisting, verify that your test scenarios fit the platform's strength: identifying specific UX friction points through recorded sessions and task completion data. The pricing model charges per test slot rather than per participant, which can add up quickly if you ...Read more

Thorough and Thoughtful Questions asked

I was asked about my experiences with apps. The interviewer very thorough in her questions and seemed very sure of herself. Her questions were a followup of the answers that I had given her to her previous questions, so that I was able to keep my thoughts and not have to think about what I had said before.

"Affordable platform for my user testing needs"

What do you like best about Userlytics? I extensively researched many user testing platforms and Userlytics ended up being the most affordable platform by a long shot while covering all of my user testing needs. They have a good variety of qualitative and quantitative metrics. Customer support has been very responsive to emails and they've usually resolved my issues quickly. When I needed to conduct a special study with a particular group of demographics, Userlytics helped me recruit the ...

"Get quickly some great insights!"

What do you like best about Userlytics? There is plenty of stuff I liked with userlytics - Responsiveness of the customer service team. - Access to many workshops to get insights and better understand how to use their latest changes and updates. - Possibility to either bring your own users or users from Userlytics, but it's coming from 2 different sets of credits. - I don't need to worry if a test will be completed by Userlytics' users, I know it will, and it will be qualitative users in ...

"I've reviewed more than 15 similar products and Userlytics stood out in features and pricing"

What do you like best about Userlytics? Great combination of features, pricing, quality, and quantity of the respondents pool. Auto-transcripts, tags, easy-to-share reels. Simple browser extension for respondents, no clunky software to install. User interface is very easy to understand, considering there are many complex functions. Pre-built templates for screeners and tasks which really helps in crafting my usability studies. What do you dislike about Userlytics? If there was something to ...

Through their innovative features and easy to use platform my team has been able to conduct several usability tests and gather meaningful feedback to better shape our products. What do you dislike about Userlytics? If there was a way to drill deeper into a participant pool it would be great. Right now, we get more general participants who are in healthcare and we have a very ...

"A more user friendly world doesn't start with UserLytics"

What do you like best about Userlytics? Having a dedicated account manager is a major perk compared to more DIY testing platforms. Nate is always super responsive & proactive in managing our projects. What do you dislike about Userlytics? That said, there's a lot that I'd prefer to handle on my own, like managing quotas within one project, and assigning & editing project types between quant/qual/etc. We have a diverse team using the platform, with designers & other team members jumping in ...
