Great Support
I initially had problems with the instructions of the test I was taking as there were missing steps, I contacted customer service, their response was quick as always and they helped me by giving me clear instructions of the steps to take. Userlytics is the best testing platform as they really care about their testers by first giving the ability to send a message and they always respond. I find this very helpful and most of all respectful!
