"Userlike trial - my thoughts"

What do you like best about Userlike? I like lots of aspects of this service. I like that you can save pre-written answers and also how you can reassign tickets easily. I think that higher packages sound really interesting as well. What do you dislike about Userlike? "Works Great!"

What do you like best about Userlike? Having automated responses and acknowledgments of the customers on my website is excellent for converting sales. Very easy to use, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Userlike? Requires a bit of copy-pasting some code to implement correctly but not complex. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Generating leads from visitors to my website.

"Powerfull messaging tool with plenty of functions and possibilities."

What do you like best about Userlike? Live chat implementation on website, WhatsApp Business API What do you dislike about Userlike? Onboarding takes a while. However, there are a lot of supporting resources, e.g. tutorials, support team etc. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing nearly just-in-time reactions to website users which results in increased conversions.
