What do you like best about Userlike? Messaging center, how work is rotated between colleagues. Userlike seems quite easy to integrate and adapt visually. What do you dislike about Userlike? "So far so good"

What do you like best about Userlike? There was little coding required and it pretty much worked out the box. EDIT: Having used the software for a little longer - I'm actually more positive about it. The integration with facebook is particularly useful at this is how I communicate with most of my clients and generate leads. What do you like best about Userlike? The many options you can use to change the look of your chat What do you dislike about Userlike? The Price is debatable and you should consider, if it's worth for your company or usage. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?
