What do you like best about Userlike? We use userlike to conduct interviews for research. It’s easy for my students to set up the widgets and insert them onto a website or even into one of our online surveys. For participants, the process is seamless and they are familiar with other customer service chats so it is easy for them to figure out how to use the widget for an interview. "Great Way to Give Your Customers Live Chat"

What do you like best about Userlike? My customers can live chat at any time and I am notified with a chime. Easy to communicate back and forth. What do you dislike about Userlike?
