"Great Support - Poor UX and IA"

What do you like best about UserIQ? Note: My experience professionally as a Product and User Experience Designer is reflected in this review. I think the Rentlytics customer support rep is very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. Bret is knowledgeable but also humble if he does not know the answer to our questions.

What do you like best about UserIQ? Easy and intuitive to use - we had some issues using the solution within our platform, but User IQ worked closely with our engineers to resolve. Helpful team.

What do you like best about UserIQ? Our company operates in quite a cluttered space. It is imperative that we engage our customers quickly and identify when we are at risk for customer churn. We sought out a partner company that would help us do that; we happily found UserIQ.

It is easy to customize variables so that I can collect meaningful information from my customers.
