What do you like best about UserIQ? UserIQ is helping us by pulling in usage data and a variety of other factors to influence a health score. The user guides are very helpful and powerful to use, even if a tad complicated to set up. The platform is growing and UserIQ values our feedback highly, ensuring we have a voice to shape UserIQ for our future needs.

"Powerful tool for messaging the right customers at the right time"

What do you like best about UserIQ? Campaigns are simple to build, customizable CSS, and a lot of tools in one platform. Support has been great any time we've run into issues. The CSM team is always willing to setup a call to talk through any implementation and assist with best practices.
