What do you like best about UserIQ? The platform is easy to use once integrated. Anyone can setup guided tours so it's easy to keep it up to date. It saves lots of CS calls and the user gets a much better experience. Features adoption has never been that easier!

What do you like best about UserIQ? Insight into how users engage with our tool at granular levels, as well as the ability to then engage with those users to influence their behaviour has made a huge difference for us. The ability to conduct NPS and other surveys has made obtaining feedback easier than ever. An automated, flexible customer health score and dashboard has saved us hours of manual work each month.

What do you like best about UserIQ? UIQ allows to track feature usage so that we can analyse which feature are the most used and which are not to improve customer adoption or adapt our solution. It's very useful to advertise on a new product / module / feature thanks to customized in-app messages.
