"Phenomenal all around tool"

What do you like best about UserIQ? UserIQ provides actionable insights and data on customer behavior, but also provides the ability to create content and curriculum around that data. The combination of data and content helps us streamline our customer journey and offer a better customer experience. Couldn't do our job without UserIQ

"Great insight into your customer engagement!"

What do you like best about UserIQ? The ease of use in regards to tracking the product use. The product also helps me keep track oof customers using our tool. It allows me to track my customers to see who's using our product the most and where I need to be more engaging with other customers.

What do you like best about UserIQ? I’ve only been using User IQ for a short time and it’s helped me enormously. I can easily survey my account portfolio and quickly identify customers who need engagement. The data provided gives me insight into our customer usage patterns and overall health scores.
