I had a great time with UserGuiding. My visitors' onboarding experience is awesome!
What do you like best? I like the fact that it is completely no-code and creating guides is stupid-simple. What do you dislike? I don't dislike a particular thing. Maybe creating guides can appear first when someone buys it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UserGuiding makes the onboarding process wonderful, quick, and simple. I realized that coding is not necessary to create a great experience for new visitors.

Great onboarding tool!
What do you like best? We were on the brink of building an in-house solution for onboarding when we met UserGuiding. It allowed us to design a beautiful product walkthrough within minutes, without a single line of code. Less support tickets, more free trial conversions, happy product managers :) What do you dislike? The analytics part is probably enough for most teams. Useful Software and an Amazing Service
What do you like best? Ease of use comes first in the mind, the software is an extremely handy application to explain users how your website or software works. I run a few businesses, we have a technology company, a media and marketing company, a property investment company so we intend to use it for our SAAS applications as well as our E-Portals to make the user journey, interaction and general use easy for the users. What do you like best? Since the first contact the UG team has been very helpful. The demonstration was very nice, Anas showed me with detail what UG could do for our company and how it could be done. THeir product is very easy to use and is a very good choice to onboarding optimization. What do you dislike? I would say that the metrics panel could be better. It could show more relevant metrics for UX/UI so it would be easier for us to identify problems and/or things to optimize. ...

Useful functions for SaaS or E-commerce products
What do you like best? That really cool that you can add onboarding guide and put hotspots to any block. What do you dislike? Price is too high for saas products like this. Doesn't support mobile version of web app, when 80% customers using mobile phone. that's why i will not use this app. Sorry guys. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy interactive tutorials and helping to my customers.

Very intuitive and useful
What do you like best? The application is intuitive and the possibilities are numerous. I can create and deploy an automated support to our potential users. What do you dislike? Dynamic targeting are missing and it could be very interresting for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are only at the beginning of the use of the product, we cannot yet really answer this question.

Edit option of selecting the part of the element once the step is created What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? There are many features and various things you can do with UserGuiding, and the price is quite reasonable. What do you dislike? It is not that big of a downside but there should be mobile support for the product. Although the majority of our users access from desktop, it would be awesome to target our mobile customers too. Helps out support department
What do you like best? It also removes a big chunk of the workload from the support department, decreasing the number of tickets in a short period. Wherever we see users struggle, we use UserGuiding to create guides and tooltips to help them solve their needs. What do you dislike? It would be a lot better if the analytics tool was more in-depth. Great for new feature adoption
What do you like best? UserGuiding is the best tool that we have used so far for new feature introduction, as well as user onboarding.
