What do you like best about UserGems? In my current role, I am using UserGem to track accounts that have changed positions or companies. I really like its ability to deliver real-time updates on account movements. The platform's database is constantly updated, ensuring that the information I accessed is current and reliable. This proved to be crucial in staying ahead of the competition and identifying emerging opportunities.

What do you like best about UserGems? I love that when I have an open opportunity, UserGems will email me alerting me of past users at that company. This can help me be strategic and creative in my multithreading efforts. At the very least, I can point to a person in the company that the champion could get an organic review of our product from (and who better to trust than someone internal?)

What do you like best about UserGems? This is the only automated way that I know of to seamlessly track a large database of users when they change jobs, and update the info directly in salesforce without manual uploads.

What do you like best about UserGems? User Gems has been highly beneficial in allowing me to be more productive during the day. Before using UserGems, I would spend at least 30 minutes in the morning reviewing the calls I had for the day, confirming the people I would be meeting with while also taking a moment to be refreshed with where we are in the conversation. UserGems provides all the information quickly and efficiently as the tool integrates with my calendar.

What do you like best about UserGems? UserGems is a great way to identify low hanging fruit. One great part about our software is that when a user joins a new organization, they love brining our tool onboard. This allows us to start those conversations sooner rather than later.
