What do you like best about Userback? There is a lot to love about Userback. What I appreciate the most is the commitment to active and consistent development of the tool. Since I first began using Userback in 2019 the updates and additions have been stellar. I love the simplicity of the tool and the features have been generous and powerful. What do you like best about Userback? I love that I no longer have to rely on text or other tools my clients have to download just to give me feedback with the website designs or SaaS tools I use. What do you like best about Userback? Easy to use. Top cusomer service - Userback support replies in hours and not days, consistently since 2plus years. Best tool for the purpose. What do you like best about Userback? Userback makes the feedback process on creative client work so much more smooth and quick. I could never go back to our old process of emailing back and forth!
