"The power of feedback!"

What do you like best about Userback? When working with clients it's vital to have a clean UX and simple interaction. With Userback every new project evolves quickly and in a timely manner. "Great tool to gather feedback"

What do you like best about Userback? This is an easy to use online tool to gather feedback from multiple users. My team focuses on UX Design and most prototyping tools have a way to gather feedback from reviewers, however userback allows us to upload any images, screenshots or PDFs and get feedback. "Great and versatile feedback product"

What do you like best about Userback? The more it progress, the more features they add... At the beginning, it was only for web sites and was not always that evident to use for clients... Now, they have added support to comment on images and PDFs (and more is coming). Also, they have improved their user interface so it's easier (and they provide a tutorial video if that is not enough). What do you like best about Userback? The simple UI which is self explanatory to untrained users and the many possibilities to give different kinds of feedback quickly. Having to configure the setting for each new project, but that's kind of unavoidable What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? "Awesome! This tool saves you and your clients money."

What do you like best about Userback? Great, nice Support with fast answers! Very easy Jira/Slack integration with very easy configuration steps. What do you dislike about Userback? Nothing so far. It does exactly what we use it for. What problems is Userback solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for client feedback on early development stages, to feed the jira tickets. Just had a conversation with a client who allready loves it as well.

"Great tool at a reasonable price"

What do you like best about Userback? We moved to Userback from another tool (Usersnap) that we used for a few years. Userback is less expensive, has a better ui/ux, has better features, and more than anything actually responds to customer requests. They’ve added features upon request (very quickly) and have been very pleasant (the complete opposite of our previous tool).
