Customer support is excellent

Customer support is excellent - always fast, proactive and followed up. The complete service isn't cheap, but if you're serious about business, you'll know that paying good money means you enable good systems. I have been with Uscreen for over 3 years. Sure there are possible improvements, but they have the fundamentals right and keep developing. So I can focus entirely on making the right videos, and grow, with a team I feel is behind me and trying to make me succeed.

First of all they have very easy to use platform. And it's very neat. However, I initially encountered a problem. Upon signing up, I made it clear to their content review team that my library includes R18 films - LGBT and mature themes but non-pornographic. And they told me to go ahead with it. Very easy to set everything up, nice-looking and user-friendly website templates. Customer service is quick to respond, and their help section is extensive and useful. Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services. Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces.
