Uscreen's technical customer support is excellent. I have worked with a large number of technical support folks over the years. Both as the customer and as the tech support. The Uscreen team reply to messages very quickly and are very polite and knowledgeable. So often do tech companies use template email responses that don't address the concern or question raise but the folks at Uscreen actually take the time to read and understand what you're after.
