"MY Uscreen Review"

What do you like best about Uscreen? Easy to use platform. Stellar service from their team members. What do you dislike about Uscreen? the platform is a bit basic, does not adapt to films, but rather just "videos" in their basic form, slightly tilt towards yoga/workout memberships sites. The videos can only have an "author" but not film director, or film producer, or actors.. so it looks kinds weird to have a film with an "author". Good option for membership website - need some update

I am a new user to uscreen, I really enjoy this easy solution to handle membership website. The positive points in my opinion: -easy quick solution to have a website ready to go - good support team, sometime it take long time to answer but they always go to the end of the problem with you and check back later if everything is good Some feature could be better: - having the possibility to create page easier (like the option landing page but for all not just the home page) -the price

Uscreen is a great company

Uscreen is a great company. We used another well-known OTT service for 2 years before switching to Uscreen. We were dissatisfied with the support at the other place and felt like we were treated like a little fish in a big pond. At Uscreen they are quick to respond and will do everything they can to get your problem solved quickly. They have also bent over backward to help with re-directs and customizations to the site. "Great platform and support!"

What do you like best about Uscreen? We could create a VOD catalog without trouble. We are not eligible for a Stripe account in Colombia, they helped us set up Uscreen Gateway to monetize our content. We love their marketing features (we are using coupon codes, gift cards, abandoned cart emails, etc.) Seamless integration with third-parties (we are using Zapier, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Profitwell) What do you dislike about Uscreen? "Very Happy with UScreen and their support!"

What do you like best about Uscreen? We feel like they listen to our requests, and update the site to better reflect what we need for our online subscription platform. We are able to customize our page to look on-brand with no loss of functionality. What do you dislike about Uscreen?
