Great customer support! They are always very pro active and fast at coming back to me when i have questions. I feel like they care about their customers and try to adapt and develop their offer to the evolving needs of the market.

All the important things in an easy to use streaming platform

We've been using Uscreen since 2018 but had looked into them prior to that while we created our own streaming platform on our website. We decided to start using them about a year later because their platform provided such a better experience for our customers. And they have continued to build on that, making it better all the time. Superb Service Every Time

Uscreen has always been super supportive and helpful in assisting us with our administrative customer service, inquiries with updates to the platform, and assisting our customers when we don't know how to. The support team is extremely helpful (including Adam) in following up in a timely manner as well.

"Great service for small business"

What do you like best about Uscreen? Great customer support and they still have a small business feel. The team seems connected and can point you to the correct person when needed. My rep, Ashley, is always super helpful. What do you dislike about Uscreen? Uscreen is absolutely fantastic

Uscreen is absolutely fantastic! We're able to customize our site with ease and it's very user friendly. Our videos play without any problems, and our customers are very satisfied. Their customer service is always very responsive, which is great as well. I'm so glad we went with Uscreen!
