What do you like best about Lyssna? I like that I can use my own testers, I work at a university and have access to the users of our services and spaces. I also like the array of test options. As a single UX professional at my institution, I appreciate the tools available for me to use. What do you dislike about Lyssna? The pricing structure seems a little steep between the free and 89$ a month options. As a single UX professional, I cannot run a multitude of studies all at once, but do ...

"Not just a 5 Second test anymore."

What do you like best about Lyssna? Usabilityhub has grown from a simple free tool to supplement your usability studies to a platform that is a simple but serious contender with some of the more established testing platforms like Loop11 and Usertesting.com. Tests are simple to set up and run, and the scope of their recruitment database is remarkable and always seems to be growing. It is an essential tool for us and survives review against competitors whenever we do so. The support teams are ...
