"Affordable and reliable, whether you are big or small."

What do you like best about Uptime.com? I like that there is a plan/tier for all sizes of company, including very small companies like ours. This is invaluable, as many companies geared towards B2B have moved towards starting packages that are just too big (and expensive) for smaller companies. What do you dislike about Uptime.com? What do you like best about Uptime.com? It was fast and easy to set up 8 sites, including scripted tests. SLAs are provided for monthly reporting. What do you dislike about Uptime.com? I have not experienced any issues after several years of using Uptime. "Fast, thorough, solution to our website monitoring problem"

What do you like best about Uptime.com? Very easy to setup, configure, and provide value. What do you dislike about Uptime.com? I thought the pricing was a bit high relative to the complexity of the product. We are happy with it. What problems is Uptime.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a variety of websites to monitor and do not wish to do this in house.

"Uptime is a lifesaver"

What do you like best about Uptime.com? Uptime is a lifesaver for our production support team, before Uptime we were monitoring our production sites manually or through a few automation scripts, sometime we will not get time to monitor, or sometimes scripts may get fail, we don’t know until the customer reports there was an issue with site access or performance issues, now we are out of all those issues, Uptime checks are helping us a lot, whenever there is an issue with any production site ...
