What do you like best? Several times i have been traveling and flights have been delayed for weather or other reasons. Upside has been great about keep me updated to these changes. "Cool Concept, Nice People: Tough "
What do you like best? nice people! they made themselves avail to me over the phone- which helped me get through a site bug i encountered . What do you dislike? weird site behavior! very buggy! couldnt get flights on my desired airline even though they appear to be available -- they disappear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it took the work off a colleagues plate.

What do you like best? As a frequent traveler I know things will go wrong here and there. What do you like best? I like the ability to have the travel out of our hands, makes it so we can rely on why we are traveling in the first place...work! Just peace of mind. "One place to stay current on your travel"
What do you like best? Having one place to look for all travel-related items, vs. scattered emails. What do you dislike? No dislikes, but I couldn't enroll an existing flight in my frequent flyer miles or find my ticket number in the app to do it online. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows me to be more efficient when traveling for work, all of my reservations / updates / confirmations in one place.
