What do you like best? Upside is very user friendly and there are quick to assist you if you have any questions. I enjoy how easy is it to book a flight, hotel, car, etc. Also, they reach out to you afterwards to even further assist you, and tell you what you're seats are (which are always great seats) it's awesome! What do you like best? When a flight gets cancelled, or when you want to change your flight urgently, you do not want to ever reach an airline as the time to reach an operator would be phenomenally long. My experience with Upside has been excellent, and I have had to bother them several times with a last minute request to cancel / change, and they were able to help every single time. What do you like best? The ease of booking the hotel and flight and having my rewards numbers and TSA added. What do you dislike? I dislike that if I am traveling with two other employees we cannot book under one trip. Also Upside does not allow us to pick seats on the plan which I think is ridiculous. What do you like best? Website is generally easy to use, and the customer support is EXCELLENT! What do you dislike? Making changes to existing trips is HARD.
