What do you like best? Ease of lining up the various components of the trip - the flights, the hotels, and the rental cars. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Upside is directly connected to my corporate credit card to make booking travel more efficient. I also like having a resource available to re-book flights and hotels as needed. The team is very responsive. What do you dislike? There is some limitation with the type of travel you can book i.e. Amtrak but I heard that was in the pipeline. "Frequent Flyer likes more flexibility"

What do you like best? In certain situations, it is nice to have a travel agent handle the discussion with airlines, hotels, etc to resolve issues with schedules, however, the flexibility of direct booking and frequent travel to Europe and Asia tends me to lean away from Upside What do you dislike? For complex, frequent travels that are sometimes booked as one-way trips, it's hard to have that flexibility through Upside. Also frequent travel to Asia and Europe. What do you like best? Website is generally easy to use, and the customer support is EXCELLENT! What do you dislike? Making changes to existing trips is HARD.
