"Streamlined Company Travel Bookings"
What do you like best? Not having to compare flight prices across multiple different interfaces. What do you dislike? Nada! We have not faced any issues with this platform yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficient travel bookings for our employees and clients. We are not able to compare flight prices all on one interface and assist team members in booking their flights for greater control and visibility.

What do you like best? This site is just plain easier to book flights on than if you do it directly thru the airlines or sites like Orbitz. What do you dislike? Features seem to come and go alot. Some days I can access my employees info without having to type it in, and some days I can't. Another example, when I first started using the site Uber was an option to add. "Simple and easy service that is convenient for everyone!"
What do you like best? The app is right on my phone and it easily lets me compare different airlines and times in seconds! What do you dislike? "Excellent customer support, continued improvement of product"
What do you like best? The support from the navigators is by far my favorite part of using Upside. I have on several occasions made mistakes in booking travel which the live chat navigators were more than happy to solve for me, and in fact did so very quickly and efficiently. My Customer Success Manager, Maggie, is also particularly excellent - she solicits feedback on the product and makes sure action is taken to improve it. What do you dislike? "Colorado Trip "
What do you like best? The ease of booking the hotel and flight and having my rewards numbers and TSA added. What do you dislike? I dislike that if I am traveling with two other employees we cannot book under one trip. Also Upside does not allow us to pick seats on the plan which I think is ridiculous. What do you like best? I arrange travel for lots of different people, both within our company and outside our company. It is super easy for me to invite anyone to create an account (which only takes a couple minutes) under our company. Then I can easily and quickly book all their travel needs. "No real downside to Upside"
What do you like best? The Upside Navigators (agents) are responsive and friendly! The service has the current airfares. You're not getting a better deal elsewhere. I also like the possibility of earning a gift card. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The flexibility of the app and phone service for when there are travel issues. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the fact that there is a person I can email or text to change my reservations for me. It's like having a concierge service even though I work at a smaller company that doesn't link into an Amex-like product. What do you dislike? Not a ton to be honest.
