"Super easy to book travel for employees."

What do you like best? My favorite part about Upside is the ability to share itineraries so our employees can pick their own flights and I can easily review and book them. What do you dislike? A few times the reservation didn't show up in the hotels records. It has always been sorted out easily enough and now I just call the hotel to confirm the reservation. "Cost-saver"

What do you like best? I love that Upside provides extra protections when scheduling business travel. And it definitely saves money. What do you dislike? It doesn't always save me time. I don't trust that Upside has all the best flights at the best prices, so I cross-check other systems and sometimes find that I'm right. It can be a time-suck to check the other systems. "Pretty convenient. Nice perks"

What do you like best? You can chat with a live person at any time. It's really convenient for multi-tasking while getting your travel fixed up. What do you dislike? I'm not sure that I get points with hotels. That's a problem. Also, integration with zip car and other car sharing would be convenient. What problems are you solving with the product? "Convenience of speaking with a real person when in need"

What do you like best? When a flight gets cancelled, or when you want to change your flight urgently, you do not want to ever reach an airline as the time to reach an operator would be phenomenally long. My experience with Upside has been excellent, and I have had to bother them several times with a last minute request to cancel / change, and they were able to help every single time. What do you like best? Upside is very user friendly and there are quick to assist you if you have any questions. I enjoy how easy is it to book a flight, hotel, car, etc. Also, they reach out to you afterwards to even further assist you, and tell you what you're seats are (which are always great seats) it's awesome!
