What do you like best? Prompt follow-ups and instance confirmations that can be added to my trip portfolio. What do you dislike? Ability to book rooms for others not signed up for Upside....good news is that the Upside personnel always accommodate and make changes to reservations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prepaid means prepaid; not held.

What do you like best? I love that Upside provides extra protections when scheduling business travel. And it definitely saves money. What do you dislike? It doesn't always save me time. I don't trust that Upside has all the best flights at the best prices, so I cross-check other systems and sometimes find that I'm right. It can be a time-suck to check the other systems. What do you like best? The Upside Navigators (agents) are responsive and friendly! The service has the current airfares. You're not getting a better deal elsewhere. I also like the possibility of earning a gift card. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support from the navigators is by far my favorite part of using Upside. I have on several occasions made mistakes in booking travel which the live chat navigators were more than happy to solve for me, and in fact did so very quickly and efficiently.
