What do you like best? My favorite part about upside is being able to book travel simply by clicking through a link sent to me by my coworkers and using the saved company card info. What do you like best? I like the fact that every time I call Upside, someone is there to answer the phone call and quickly resolve any issues I have. What do you dislike? Having to go through Upside first to change flights make it difficult sometimes as they are the middle person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
