"I have enjoyed using upside, particularly because of how easy it is to book travel for coworkers"
What do you like best? My favorite part about upside is being able to book travel simply by clicking through a link sent to me by my coworkers and using the saved company card info. Upside speeds up the process of managing travel for my coworkers significantly and makes it do administrative tasks don’t take nearly as much time away from substantive tasks as they used to. What do you like best? Upside Business makes travel a breeze! Our experience with Upside has been fantastic and has simplified our planning process. What do you dislike? Some of the limitations including not allowing multiple travelers on one booking, and the limitations on using points for hotels and car rental partners. "Awesome customer service"
What do you like best? I like the fact that every time I call Upside, someone is there to answer the phone call and quickly resolve any issues I have. What do you dislike? Having to go through Upside first to change flights make it difficult sometimes as they are the middle person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the combination of being able to setup multiple things through Upside in one central location
