What do you like best? Most travel sites ive used are clunky at best...while airline sites get better and more user friendly the chasm of usability grows exceeding frustrating. What do you like best? Prompt follow-ups and instance confirmations that can be added to my trip portfolio. What do you dislike? Ability to book rooms for others not signed up for Upside....good news is that the Upside personnel always accommodate and make changes to reservations. What do you like best? I like that someone sends me a personalized email after booking and responds immediately when I reply. It's also cool that you can earn added perks just for doing what you do for travel! What do you dislike? I don't like that I am unable to book an off airport car rental directly on the site. What do you like best? I travel for a month at a time for work and it's so helpful to see all of my arrangements lined up in one place. It is also super helpful that I can resend my itinerary to myself and not hunt it down in my inbox. What do you dislike? So far, it doesn't seem like I've run into too many problems. What do you like best? The application and ease of searching and booking flights and hotels within the app. What do you dislike? Not all flights are always available but I'm not sure that's something Upside has any control over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using a company card to book flights and hotel accommodations. I've realized having a third-party available to help with arranging, checking and changing is very helpful.

"I have enjoyed using upside, particularly because of how easy it is to book travel for coworkers"
What do you like best? My favorite part about upside is being able to book travel simply by clicking through a link sent to me by my coworkers and using the saved company card info. Upside speeds up the process of managing travel for my coworkers significantly and makes it do administrative tasks don’t take nearly as much time away from substantive tasks as they used to.
