What do you like best? Their customer service is absolutely excellent. Very communicative from start to finish and easy to work with. Plus, the website makes it easy to look at multiple airlines and compare prices. Their itineraries are especially helpful, showing not only the reservation number, but the name and address of hotels, so I don't have to worry about supplementing it with additional information. "So Easy!"
What do you like best? Very easy to use! It is easy to see your trip as a whole when booking several different dates. It is very easy to go back and forth to see what you have already selected, or go back and add something else to your trip! What do you dislike? There really isn't a whole lot to dislike. What do you like best? You can chat with a live person at any time. It's really convenient for multi-tasking while getting your travel fixed up. What do you dislike? I'm not sure that I get points with hotels. That's a problem. Also, integration with zip car and other car sharing would be convenient. What problems are you solving with the product? "Super easy to book travel for employees."
What do you like best? My favorite part about Upside is the ability to share itineraries so our employees can pick their own flights and I can easily review and book them. What do you dislike? A few times the reservation didn't show up in the hotels records. It has always been sorted out easily enough and now I just call the hotel to confirm the reservation. What do you like best? The application and ease of searching and booking flights and hotels within the app. What do you dislike? Not all flights are always available but I'm not sure that's something Upside has any control over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using a company card to book flights and hotel accommodations. I've realized having a third-party available to help with arranging, checking and changing is very helpful.

"My experience with Upside and has been great!"
What do you like best? Booking travel is quick and easy and if any change needs to be made, it's easy to talk to someone live to help me out. What do you dislike? If I have to make a change to a hotel room, sometimes, I can't do it myself and a rep from Upside has to call on my behalf. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I travel for a month at a time for work and it's so helpful to see all of my arrangements lined up in one place.
