What do you like best? Platform is simple and works well from booking the flight to actual travel itself What do you dislike? Not all flights are included/available to be booked causing me to have to go outside of the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The most redeeming quality is that Upside is slightly easier to use than some other business travel booking sites that I've used in the past. What do you dislike? Upside doesn't really add value in any meaningful way. What do you like best? You can book flights without the hassle of reimbursement since it will all be taken care of on the company card. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. "Corporate Travel Department on Demand"

What do you like best? The travel advisors are always on the line and willing to help. Even if they don't have the answer they go out of their way to find it. They are also great at catching things that might be missing in the travel plan. Love that! What do you dislike? "It works well for me"

What do you like best? I like that I can still get credit for my travel through my rewards programs with individual travel partners. Also seems to be very competitive pricing and my company gets a rebate. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? "Awesome customer service"

What do you like best? I like the fact that every time I call Upside, someone is there to answer the phone call and quickly resolve any issues I have. What do you dislike? Having to go through Upside first to change flights make it difficult sometimes as they are the middle person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the combination of being able to setup multiple things through Upside in one central location

What do you like best? Booking travel is quick and easy and if any change needs to be made, it's easy to talk to someone live to help me out. What do you dislike? If I have to make a change to a hotel room, sometimes, I can't do it myself and a rep from Upside has to call on my behalf. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Upside has made booking travel easy and quick. It populates my traveler info and saves me time.
