"Excellent customer service!"
What do you like best? Upside's Navigators are the most amazing customer service I've ever encountered. They are always so easy to work with. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that I can't put a trip on hold for my coworkers to view before I book it for them. I handle the travel arrangements, and unless someone gives me the specific flight and hotel they are looking for, I prefer to have them view it before finalizing the purchase. "Upside makes it easy"
What do you like best? Their customer service is absolutely excellent. Very communicative from start to finish and easy to work with. Plus, the website makes it easy to look at multiple airlines and compare prices. Their itineraries are especially helpful, showing not only the reservation number, but the name and address of hotels, so I don't have to worry about supplementing it with additional information. "So Easy!"
What do you like best? Very easy to use! It is easy to see your trip as a whole when booking several different dates. It is very easy to go back and forth to see what you have already selected, or go back and add something else to your trip! What do you dislike? There really isn't a whole lot to dislike. The only thing that wasn't great was that I couldn't use my company card to pay for my rental car. I had to pay for the car when I picked it up. That could total just be the rental company ...

What do you like best? I would describe in two aspects: First i love the display while booking both hotels and flights. It's very easy to find exactly what I'm looking for and the checkout experience is very easy. Second, I love the customer service of the "navigator". It feels like you get access to a premium call desk and the two times i had issues with flight delays or cancellations , the navigator had already work a solution for me. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I liked how easy it was for payments and finding the right flights. Provides a receipt in case of business reimbursements and has everything handled. What do you like best? I like the ability to purchase travel for my entire team the best. What do you dislike? So far I do not like that I can't reserve a car unless the rental location is attached to an airport.
