What do you like best? I love the 24/7 customer support; it's so nice to know that we have Navigators in our corner to help deal with some of the snafus that can come from being on the road. I also love the monthly summaries I get of my team's travel, which help us see where we can save more money. What do you dislike? The only thing I wish we had access to were Delta flights. What do you like best? I absolutely love the "always-on" chat feature in the app. Whether I need a flight changed earlier or later, or I have a disruption to my trip that I need help with, I know Upside is always there.
