What do you like best? I love the 24/7 customer support; it's so nice to know that we have Navigators in our corner to help deal with some of the snafus that can come from being on the road. What do you like best? I absolutely love the "always-on" chat feature in the app. Whether I need a flight changed earlier or later, or I have a disruption to my trip that I need help with, I know Upside is always there.
