"Great customer service, great rewards!"

What do you like best? The rewards are fantastic, but their customer service acting quickly to solve problems is even better. I have had a number of times where Upside customer service has quickly solved a problem. "Easy way to book corporate travel!"

What do you like best? When the function is available on the site, it remembers your employees and all of their travel information. This SAVES so much TIME!! And, you don't have to worry about typos. Furthermore, it is fantastic to be able to call in and talk to someone pretty instantaneously, vs having to deal with the airlines which sometimes takes hours. What do you dislike? "Easy Use and Great Benefits"

What do you like best? I do really enjoy the gift card that are given when booking travel but the prices and ease of use are also fantastic! What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes to be honest, I find no issues when I book travel with Upside. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to book all travel and lodging through one site.

"Great rewards, easy to use."

What do you like best? My employees go to one place and I can track it. What do you dislike? Not enough gift cards sometimes.I would more of a rebate monthly instead of waiting until I have enough at the end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to have Upside reps make itinerary changes when flights are delayed or cancelled without contacting the airline is great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The 24/7 access to customer service makes booking easy and more importantly makes changing itineraries on the fly very easy. What do you dislike? "Not the lowest prices"

What do you like best? Being able to book everything at one time, on one site What do you dislike? Southwest isn't an option for flights and often I've been able to find cheaper prices when going direct to the vendor's site (ex: Hilton, Budget) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's nice that they offer you gift cards when booking trips

"Great for teams."

What do you like best? Ability to plan and schedule travel for small groups with individual reward points. What do you dislike? Site has a tendency to go down unexpectedly causing unsaved data to be lost. Happened to me a couple of times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes scheduling and planning trips much easier. Gone are the days of reimbursement and waiting to get receipts for reimbursement. I can manage it all here.

What do you like best? The chat feature, which allows very rapid responses and to make changes to itinerary with limited effort. Team has always been helpful and friendly. Good rewards as well above the gift cards for usage of particular airlines. What do you dislike? Some travel programs allow for more flexible bookings (i.e., changes to airfare even beyond the 24 hour grace period with no fee, same day changes).
