"Upside Saved my Sanity"

What do you like best? The ease of booking based on location. I am able to easily see where I'm headed and book hotels that are closest to where I need to be. My users are able to be self-sufficient as well which takes tons off of my shoulders. What do you dislike? Not much. Perhaps the link to real-time info is sometimes slow. What do you like best? The ability to always connect with your agent for last minute or late night travel questions. "Great Tool for Small Businesses"

What do you like best? Customer Service, they are always there for me when I need them. Multiple times I have been on the road and have requested help from support, who quickly took care of changes and issues. One time I had to change my flight twice within an hour, but the Upside team had no problem accommodating the changes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When the function is available on the site, it remembers your employees and all of their travel information. This SAVES so much TIME!! And, you don't have to worry about typos.
